Refund Policy

At Pardon My Chic, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before completing your order, as all sales are subject to the terms below.
All Sales Final
All purchases made through Pardon My Chic are final sale. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We gladly accept exchanges or store credit only under the following conditions:
   •    Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
   •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
   •    Original tags must be attached
   •    Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage
Once approved, customers may choose:
   •    An exchange for another size or item (subject to availability), or
   •    Store credit in the form of a digital gift card (non-expiring)
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
   •    Sale or discounted items
   •    Clearance items
   •    Accessories
   •    Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, or any items marked “Final Sale”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will happily resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your exchange to be processed or store credit to be issued.
